Is it possible to have a user upload a picture and then have it displayed on a page at pre-defined dimensions i.e. something like height 350 width 450 just as an example. I will have people uploading images onto my site and I’m sure that they will be coming in all shapes and sizes so I hope there is a way to normalize for this.

I’m pulling an image src from a database and applying this to an image element on a web page. Depending on the image it may or may not fit within the image. Is there a way to resize the image via code prior to applying the src to the element?
