Question regarding the paid plans app

Hi,
(I’m new to paid plans, so maybe this question is trivial).

So I have a project with several monthly recurring paid plans, I only allow one plan per member at any specific time and I’d like to let the member upgrade their plan whenever they wish.

My question is - let’s say members paid the monthly $100 for PlanA and after 15 days they wish to upgrade to the $300 PlanB. How would you only charge them for $250 (the $300 minus the $50 they already paid for the rest of the month)? Is there an automatic (codable) way to do that?

Hey Noam,

Currently, it is not possible to switch a client from one plan to another one.

However, you can do one of the following:

  • Cancel the existing plan and manually add your client to a new plan .

  • Have your customer cancel their plan and then have them purchase a new plan online.
