Random Angle Spinning Image

Hello, I am looking to add a functionality to my Wix website in the form of a spinning wheel. I would like to place an image on a page and when the user clicks it, it spins randomly and lands on a random angle between 0° and 360°. I would like for the user to be able to click this image as many times as they would like to spin it over and over again.

I would have thought this would be a simple code to write but I am a complete newbie and wouldn’t know where to start. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your suggestion. This looks like a good place to start although I am not a fan of the disappearing animation. Hopefully this is something I could look to alter.
