I’m having trouble with email marketing in Wix Studio. Sometimes my event mail will bounce back from a customers e-mail address (it may be fine for many previous emails, but then might bounce because their mailbox is full on that day, or an issue their end). That email then becomes permanently blocked. I’ve tried deleting the customer’s details and asking them to re-subscribe, but the system seems to still recognise their email as a bounced email and stops me from sending to it. It’s sooooooo frustrating! Heeeelp!
