record button clicks as text into a database/collection?

Hi there,

I have a survey built on wix using the slideshow feature. Survey has 10 questions (10 slides) with Yes or No answers (buttons). I have created a database with a field for each question.

Is there a simple way to record a “yes” button click or a “no” button click as “yes/no” for the question field in the database?

Basically I want to record button clicks in my survey, along with start and end date/time.
