Recurring Donation management in members page

I don’t see any way for clients with recurring payments through the Donation Campaigns feature to edit/cancel their recurring donations.

It looks like this is supposed to be managed via the Subscriptions tab for members, but that shows no plans available, even when the client has an ongoing recurring payment visible (as individual payments) in their Orders. I can manage from the backend of the site, but is there a way to have site users manage their own?

I reached out to the team, and they confirmed that site members should be able to self-manage their recurring donations via their account. (It should appear under the subscription area).
