Redirect wix domain to another site

I have a domain hosted on wix. We have been working on an external ecommerce site, and now we want to redirect our wix domain to the ecommerce site.

It is not possible to edit nameservers on wix, so what is the best way to achieve this?
Or do we have no choice but to transfer the domain name away from wix?

To clarify :
Our wix site is oursite.com
Our shop is not hosted on wix and is ourshop.com

When people go to oursite.com how can we redirect them to ourshop.com

Unfortunately, if you need to change name servers, you have to transfer out. Otherwise, you can keep on Wix if pointing will suffice.
