Reference to javascript in emedded HTML

Hello, to have better readability I would like to have a separate javascript file for the embedded html. I put this javascript file into public section of my code files. Is there a to embed this file into my embedded html? I tried like this:

The public files are only accessible by Velo files, not by embedded HTML.

However, you might want to consider using the Custom Element for your embedded script, which will allow you a greater range of options, including code hosting options. See Host the Custom Element with Wix Using Velo for more information.
