Remove 100 limit in Dataset to feed products in Pro Gallery

We love the masonry layout in Pro Gallery to showcase our products instead but noticed when linking to our products via Dataset, it’s capped at 100. Anyone knows how we can bypass or increase this?

Also posted in Velo discussion but this may be a more Pro question.

I think the solution is this…but not sure how to implement this.
