Question:
Is it possible to reorder a layer across all breakpoints at the same time using the layers panel? I can only seem to change the heirachy/position for one breakpoint at a time.

Have you tried right clicking and selecting Use on All Breakpoints?
@TobyMcDowell I believe it might be per breakpoint, unless the method by @simen works.

Unfortunately selection “Use on All Breakpoints” had no effect on the section order.

The same was true on EditorX. A bunch of us had similar feedback. It would be even more wonderful if there was a “cascade down” option that includes cascading layer order, text, style, etc. to the breakpoints below. Pretty much a “hey, editor, make all breakpoints below this one exactly like this one.”
