I have incorporated a custom repeater for related products on product pages which works fine in desktop mode but in mobile view the items list vertically rather than across & down.
Can this be changed?

This issue is most likely occurring because the container within the repeater is stretched out completely to the full width of the viewport causing the following elements to wrap below. Try adjusting the size of the container in the mobile editor and see if this works for you.
If the issue persists I’d suggest contacting the Wix Customer Care team for further support.

Hello thank you for your response, I did try that I also changed the size of the repeater items to make sure they fit 3 across easily but they still align vertically. I have raised a ticket with Wix thanks.
Same issue here. Alot of issues regarding functionality in new Studio
