Repeater hover box inconsistancy

I’m using repeater hover boxes on two pages. The design set-up is identical on both pages, but the hover boxes are not. I want the hover text to just “appear”, which happens on one page, but on the other page, the hover text keeps rolling in from the side. I have verified my settings a dozen times.
