Returning to the previous product

Hi all
ONCE PUBLISHED AND VIEWING ACTUAL WEBSITE: When I browse through products listed on a page and click on one product, it obv takes me to the product page.

But if I click on go back, it takes me back to the product page again but it takes me to the very top again, meaning I have to scroll down to where I was and keep browsing.

Is there a way to make it return to the product I clicked on rather than the top again?

I think try maybe instead open product do add to cart :shopping_cart:instead . So that way you can continue scrolling and also have the product on the side to open anytime …

Hope this way helps .

Thanks, but if I’m a customer, I wouldn’t be keen on adding products to cart just so I could “go back” to where I was. If you have any other ideas, please let me know…it’s driving me a bit nuts

Thanks

Ok I got it. It actully came out really amazing . :grinning:

This is what i did to keep the product on the same screen when a user clicks without going back page to the top …
You can custimize it also by adding a menu pin to the top with the categories name and link them with anchors to each section …

Step 1 : Go to the Product Page
2 : Add a new section under the product section .
3: Add a shop widget .

Now when users click on a product there still on the same page and the item changes …

Here is one other idea that makes it more immpressive …

“Use the STICKY for the postion type on the top section where it shows the product items and lower the background color or off for the bottom Shop Widget Section” …

I hope this helps …

You can also try and do this final version .

Split the Shop Widget and The Product Item on the same section .
