Hi, folks. I find wix studio to be cumbersome and not intuitive at all. I have built numerous websites with the editor and have enjoyed it but studio is ruining the experience for me.
My hope is to move everything back over to the regular editor and make this easy again. I just don’t understand why in the WORLD this change seemed like a good idea to anyone. It seems like a hot mess to me. Any advice for how to revert back to simplicity would be greatly appreciated.

You can still build in the Wix Editor, and benefit from the management tools of the Wix Studio workspace. We want to give freelancers and agencies the freedom to build sites that fit them and their clients, so if the Wix Editor is more appropriate, that’s cool.
If you’re looking to revert back to the Wix Partner Dashboard, you can do so by following the steps in this Support article - Wix Studio: Reverting After Switching | Help Center | Wix.com
Have you had a chance to check out some of the resources on the Wix Studio Academy? - https://www.wix.com/studio/academy. There’s the Essentials Course to help you get to grips with the editor, and webinars that go into depth with further detail in specific areas.
