Rich Content Input Element

I am making a custom members area and I would like to add rich content to let the members talk about themselves by creating an excellent profile page that could contain formatted text, photos, videos … etc
I don’t know how to create an input element to let the members add their content such as the pop-up one that comes out when you add those data directly to the rich content filed on the data collection

So how I could add a similar one to my member account page and connect it with the dataset to allow the users o input and format content beyond plain text, such as images, videos, and tables
