Rich Text Box without Toolbar

The richTextBox is great… what would make it even better would be an option to not show the toolbar at all. The use case would be if the element is marked Read Only – no editing, so no toolbar needed. Thanks.

Set the richTextBox to Read Only, and under LayOut, set Toolbar to Floating. That did the trick
