I just tried using either of the IDs on one of my sites and it worked fine.
I believe that you can use either.

I don’t think this is something you can do.
What you can do is similarly to everything described here - have two buttons, each with its own font style, and then show/hide based on some logic.

You can use the window formFactor property ( https://www.wix.com/corvid/reference/wix-window.html#formFactor ) to know whether a site visitor uses mobile or desktop to view your site.
Based on that you can decide to show/hide a menu in your site.
