Hello, when using multilingual on the Wix platform, and when you make the modification to the English version gets a direct change to the Arabic version, for example when modifying the direction of the basic menu elements in the English version to become left to right, the direction of the elements in the Arabic version also becomes Left to right! How do I solve this problem?

Currently you cannot change the alignment of the text in your site menu tabs for different languages in Wix Multilingual. You can only have the text aligned to the left or to the right in all the languages.
