Saving contact info from a Collection into my Contact list?

When visitors fill in the form on www.frenchproperty.coach/guide their info is collected in the FREESTUFF collection. Currently I manually add the contact info into the CONTACT LIST that I use for email marketing. I know, not efficient!

SO I wish to automate that process. My objective is that any new contact added to the FREESTUFF collection is automated added to the Contact list.

Can somebody from WIX have a look at the structure of the form on the aforementioned /guide page, and then provide me with the road map to achieve that objective? Or give me general advice that I will be able to apply myself?

Hey Pierre,

For this you will have to set up a site automation. To set up a new automation:

  1. Click on the Create New Automation button.
  2. Select the site that you want to create the automation for.
  3. Then under Triggers, choose CMS and select the form that is on the Guide page.
  4. Then under Actions, choose Create a contact and map the fields.
  5. Once that is done, click on Activate and test it out.
