How have you laid out that section? Are you using a grid? Containers? How is it structured?

Where does that stuff come from that’s pushing its way into the view (see screenshot below)? How is it located in the editor in relationship to the elements it’s pushing out of the way.
I’m assuming that there’s a structural problem somewhere, and I’m trying to find it. It’s difficult to do that remotely, so if you feel that I’m wasting your time, just let me know – I won’t be offended 
By the way, is it all working ok on tablet and desktop?
@jim75924 I really appreciate all your help, thank you! I started wondering if it just wasn’t publishing my changes at all. So I added some different elements and published the website. Turns out it is not showing any changes at all. Which means it was not publishing my edits to the breakpoints at all. Do you know what causes that? It seems like it’s only doing that to the dynamic page.
