Scroll option not showing up

I’ve used Wix for a long time, but I’m just starting with Editor X. I’m currently working off a template and the scroll option is not showing up for me. So when I change and image, the scroll effect goes away. Am I missing something?

In the image’s context menu, check the settings. Is that ‘scroll behavior’ what you’re looking for?
