Scrollbar with dots

I would like to add a scrollbar/navigation with dots to a image slider/gallery.

This feature exists on the product page setting (see attached image). But I would like to use it on my main page to scroll/slide over images horizontally.
As for now I have only found the possiblity to add a horisontal slide/scrollbar to a slider. Can I change it to dots, or create dots in another way?

I think closest currently is using a pro gallery with arrows for the navigation underneath the gallery like so.
