Section grid cards don't align

Question:
Please can someone explain in simplified terms how to get rid of the giant gaps in between these photos?

Product:
Wix Studio

What are you trying to achieve:
Streamlined website design

What have you already tried:
Padding, docking settings.

Additional information:

If you are using repeaters - select the repeater, in the inspector panel and lower the vertical and horizontal gap.

If it’s a stack, do the same thing(like repeater). Select the stack go to inspector panel and lower the gap.

*Set the page in px

If all photos are independent - Stack them together. Hold shift and select multiple elements you want to show together and stack them.

In your case -
First select the image, post, and name and stack.

Then select the stack of last elements together and stack them as well.

And finally, select the stack of step 2 and stack them together. After that you can just set the gap.

I might have to start again because shift and click isn’t even working. All o the lines seem out of whack too. What do you mean by “image post name and stack”?

Select the stack, there is an option to set the horizontal and vertical gap width in its settings. The horizontal is for desktop, vertical is for mobile.

Set it to 5 px( or whatever you want)

The gap setting decides the distance between the elements.

Just like you stacked the image, job title and name, do the same with the stacks and then the rows as well

If you find this all tough there is an easy method as well.

Add a new section, add a repeater in it.

From the inspector panel Set the item per row to 3 or 4

Then copy the stacked image, job title, and name and paste it inside any of the repeater item. It will add it in all the items

Replace the images and texts. If you want to add more people, just click on Add item in repeater.

You can easily set the distance between items from repeater settings(it’s horizontal andnvertical gap)

Once you are happy with it, go to mobile editor and set the repeater layout as column

Very well,

May you share a screen shot of your layer panel with the elements open?
