There are various ways to approach this process, but I recently came across a method on a forum that I’d like to share.
The reason I’m mentioning this method is that it seems to be achievable without any coding. However, please note that I haven’t personally tested it, so I can’t guarantee that it will work flawlessly.
There is a workflow automation service called Pabbly, specifically a tool within it called Pabbly Connect, which might allow you to achieve this easily. (A similar service is Zapier, but Pabbly is said to be more cost-effective.)

Of course, other options include using Wix Automations or Velo code. You should choose the method that works best for you.
