Question:
I already tried to find a matching topic in the forum, but I am still puzzled. When a client submits a form, hoe do I get a notification on my email to get informed about that? I do see submissions in WIX under “Forms and submissions”, but this requires to lock in onto this site. I rather would prefer to get an email on my business acoount e.g. “info@my_email.com”. Can I manage to do so in WIX?

Have you looked at automations? That will do exactly what you want and is flexible too. Try going through the help file and learning how to use it for tasks like this.
Hi Adam, maybe you can help me, it still doesen’t work. I added screenshots of the settings I used in the automation tool. But when I try to submit the form by myself, I do not receive. Maybe I have done something wrong in the setup. Or ist it because the site is not in production yet, may that be a reason because the feature is not available for sites only in draft status? many many thanks for your help
You’re 99% of the way done - simply need to choose the “Add Recipients” and assign it to a contact with the email address you want to receive the form submission
I tried to add two other emails which should receice the email from the automatisation. Of the three, only one received it, the other two don’t. Any idea whay this is?
