My question is pretty abstract but i try to explain it as clear as possible:

I use Wix Bookings on my Webpage.

The events and courses offered with Wix Bookings are done by “partners”. So different activities with different hosts.

I have databases where all the information about the events and courses and the partners is saved.
The process would be the following: Whenever a client is booking a service on my Webpage, the partner who is offering the service has to get a notification as well as a certain amount of the money paid by the client who booked the service.
Can i create this process in theory Wix-based (maybe even with the Wix App) or do i need third party-services? Would it be possible to use information from the database to inform and pay the partner?
Because my question is pretty vague, i would be already happy to hear if this works in theory.
