We were recently notified by a customer that when they try to order from us, they receive a message saying that we do not ship to their area. We tried it ourselves and received the same error message.

What I’m trying to do
We want customers across Canada to be able to order products from our website. We also want people to be able to pick up products from our store locally, and even this option does not seem to be working.
What I’ve tried so far
We double checked to make sure our shipping settings were configured appropriately and every province in Canada is set as a potential destination. We cannot figure out why it would tell Canadian customers that they can’t order from us.
Update:
We tried to create a new potential shipping region to see if we could set things up differently and discovered that Canada is not even on the list of potential shipping destinations. Are other Canadians also experiencing this issue?
