Shrinking Header Code Issue

I built a shrinking menu with code. When you refresh the page, while anywhere except the very top both menus show up on the page :camera: small and large. only shows properly if you refresh at the very top of the page. when you first land on the page, while the site is loading you also see both menus. see attached. HELP! www.taloscons.com

I have tested your site in Chrome/Safari/and Firefox on Mac OS and have been unable to recreate this issue.
If you are still experiencing this issue please let us know what browser/OS you are experiencing this issue on.
In addition please try and recreate after clearing cache and cookies .
