In most cases the —> THROTTLE-ERRORS <— will be initiatet during to many attempts on login or registration-processes…

Since the PostOpener mentioned → LOGIN <— i assume he will run into the same issue.

What does this error means: "Request throttled, too many requests by RegisterIpThrottler"

I see this part is working now. I am not sure if it was broke on last September. Does any body still facing this issue. If not, then we shall mark it as complete (Just saying).
