Hi, I’m a noobie when it comes to Wix.
I’m trying to build a very basic website for my nonprofit organization, and it’s going well.
For the forms and ticketed events I’d like the emails to be sent out from a M365 shared mailbox, we currently use it with our WP website via a plugin.
If it’s not possible, can I add any other SMTP service like MailGun?

No, if you use the Wix Apps then Wix handles the notifications.
You can also embed external event apps, etc, or f you prefer to use an app that offer this functionality natively.

I tried to search for smtp or email but I was not successful.
Would it be applied for every password reset, form, booking, etc?
What I mean is, does it need constant maintenance or is it a one-time thing?
