I have a Wix store, and in the past I could choose a category to show in my shop page, and then have customers choose a filter category to narrow down the products they were seeing. and then these would show in the order I had manually organised that category in. Now no matter what I choose or do when I filter, the category is organising itself by what I believe is the date the product was added to the store. The Wix guide on this says there should be a ‘default category order’ but this no longer appears to be an option on the sort by function. Can anyone help, I have spent hours on this.
This is also happened when I’ve created filtering as well. I’m interested in hearing what the workaround is for this.
