Great question. In Studio, select your header, and using the inspector, set the “Position type” to either sticky, or pinned.
No code needed 
You can also set other elements to be sticky. Take a look at the “Use Sticky & Pinned position” video under the Essentials course - https://www.wix.com/studio/academy/courses/wix-studio-essentials-course
