Sticky strip with no header

I have a single page on my site with the header and footer hidden. I have different header design in mind for this page and I want to make it sticky (no scroll). Also, would like the rest of the page to flow behind it…like a header would.

Anybody? Is this possible?

If anyone still here looking for an answer, the solution is not to remove the header, but to leave in blank and add a Strip element into to it (Then u can manage, add columns, etc)
