Can you show variable product info based on what option/flavor is selected by the user?

I’m putting together a store for a client selling protein supplements. By law they need to include nutrition info, but that info is different for different flavors. Is there a way to present variable information based on what option the user has chosen?
If not out of the box, is this something that could potentially be coded?
