Store Checkout (Please Help)

Hello everyone, my name’s Douglas, and I own an exotic dancing agency. Not too long ago, I decided to give my website more of a modern touch by removing the old school method of booking, which was having the customer fill out a form. I would shortly contact them after and finish the booking process. In my “new and improved version,” I created a store with all of the dancers based on the city, statistics, etc. I haven’t had any conversions since I made the switch. I’ve gone through the process as a customer and noticed that It’s incredibly confusing for the consumer. Upon checkout, “by default,” the store asks you for shipping details. To be clear, we go to the consumer’s private residence and perform a “Magic Mike” styled show. During the checkout process, the consumers shouldn’t have to be bothered for shipping details; we need a phone number, address of the party, e-mail, occasion, number of guests attending, and the guest of honor’s name. I’m inspired by a few other businesses that are authentic like mine but probably have an entire team working on their business, including coders that put together the checkout process.

Here’s an example, my dancer name is “Billy Rock” and here’s my store page - https://www.billyrockentertainment.com/product-page/billy-rock
the quickest way to see what I’m talking about is by selecting 1 hour / Los Angeles and check out.

Here are two examples of how the check out process should be, (I prefer the first one because it has an availability chart as well as shows the consumer several other consumers that are currently viewing this product.

I happen to work for both of the companies, and these are both my portfolios. I’ve had my own business for many years; however, it fell out in June 2018 when Yelp decided to kick our line of work to the curb. Now I’m rebuilding it the right way through every aspect, not placing all my eggs in one basket as I did before.

Any help is appreciated.

Sincerely,
Douglas Peters

If you are using Wix Stores app then you are limited to what you have on the checkout page to customise etc.
https://support.wix.com/en/article/customizing-your-wix-stores-checkout-page

For more info about doing this in Wix Stores app then you are better suited going through Wix Support to see if this is doable within the app itself.

The other option would be to have a look at using Wix Pay and code your site using that.
