strip can't be attached to the header

I want to create transparent Header…with Wix Code | How to Create a Frozen Header That Changes as Visitors Scroll - YouTube

But I can’t attach strip to header.
I bring it on header, But It still belong to page…
So I can’t freeze this strip. Why can’t i?

Hi, I was struggling with this just now and looking for help. Didn’t find any, but, thank God :-), figured out what works. I had my strip expanded the length of the page, but when I shortened it, it would let itself attach to the header, then once it was in the header, I could expand it again :slight_smile:
