have recently completed the requirement of creating 3 premium websites in order to receive the Wix Web Design Certificate. All of my sites are published and connected to premium plans. However, I still cannot access or download my certificate from the Wix platform.
Could you please check my account and confirm why the certificate is not available yet? I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
