i am am new to wix so I have no idea how to any coding. I was wondering if it was possible to list the amount of people subscribed to my email list on my page.

There are two ways to view your site’s member list:
First , if you use wix’s LogIn Member System, your member details are saved in the wix-crm module.
If you wish to view your site’s member list go to: settings-> My Dashboard-> Contacts&CRM →
Member List.
Second , if you create your own member system, and save your member details in a collection, by using Query() function you can present all your members as a list, using repeater or table.
