I want to create a box which contains the table of contents in dynamic item page. By this time, I want to fix it to page and being scrolled with mouse up&down. How can I deal with ?
Iām not sure you can add table of contents in Wix since it is not a default element.
My guess is that you can play around with anchors or try to use a table/menu element instead of table of contents however, you will have to try it yourself and see if it works.
Using elements that are not meant to serve specific purpose in order to substitute needed elements does not always result in the best behavior as you probably already know 
You would be better suited going through Wix Support about this issue as it is not really a code issue. See if they can give you better ideas:
