I would like to know if it is possible to have table rate shipping. By that I mean, if someone buys, say, 1-10 items, shipping costs X. If they buy 11-20 items, shipping costs Y. If they buy 21 or more items, shipping costs Z.

If you’ve built your own product page you can take measures in order to keep tracking after the quantities of products currently inside the user’s shopping cart (since there’s no currently an option of getting the total amount of products from the cart itself you’ll have to sum up in a global variable the quantities of every product upon adding it to the cart).
Knowing that you can probably alter the shipping costs according to your logic (if it’s up to you to decide the shipping costs).

Thank you for the response. Now, I just wish I really understood what it is you said 
Sadly, my coding skills are sub-par, at best. I was hoping Wix included the function already and I just didn’t know how to turn it on.
That being said, I’m willing to give it a go, if you don’t mind taking me by the hand a bit and showing me what needs to be done.
