How can I make my tabs from a page on my website, be submenu items on my navigation menu?

I have a tabs section on 2 of my pages on my site. I want the tabs to be submenu items on the navigation menu. I would just anchor the section however, I want the tabs to be open to their designated topic.
I tried looking for youtube videos as well as a wix FAQ however nothing came up. The video was to wix editor specifically and was not exactly my same issue. I spoke to wix customer service and they said there isn’t a function for this currently and to look into videos/ articles.
I do not code whatsoever. I realize a portion of this might need to be coded. I can follow instructions but won’t understand concepts.
