Is there a method to create a sliding horizontal mobile menu or an intended update for this function to be available?

What are you trying to achieve:
This inclusion will create a more modern and intutive way of navigating the menu bar without having to click on a menu button as opposed to the ‘more’ button being used to direct the user to additional pages on website(desktop mode).
What have you already tried:
I have searched resources available on wix but it does not appear to be included in feature requests.

Its a horizontal scroll or continuous horizontal scroll feature as opposed to an animation. Visit the following link for demonstration ie. mobile app version:
I see. You can add a repeater in the container for horizontal menu wrap and then set the item display type to the slider in the mobile and tablet breakpoint for Wix Studio
Then change the width and height of an item in the repeater as you like. You should remove background color of each item to make it same like the one from Fashion Nova.
You can connect text and repeater item with CMS to boost your design process or just manually changing the text and connect the link to each items.
