The minimum night restriction is not being properly enforced in the booking flow

I’m currently experiencing ongoing issues with the Hotels by HotelRunner app, and it’s starting to significantly impact our sales.

Overall, the platform needs further development — many of the booking logistics are unclear and make the checkout process unnecessarily complicated for guests.

A key issue:
We have a minimum stay restriction set to 3 nights, yet the system still allows guests to select fewer nights during booking. This creates confusion and friction at checkout, and ultimately leads to lost conversions.

This is a fundamental functionality issue — restrictions should be consistently enforced throughout the booking flow.

At the moment, the user experience is not aligned with the needs of hospitality businesses, and it’s affecting our ability to operate efficiently.

I would appreciate urgent attention to this, as well as clarity on whether improvements to the booking flow are being prioritized.
