The Wix Blog tool is not a blog; it’s an online community builder. Why is this site called WixCode instead of Wix Blog? Is it because it’s not a blog?
This is by far the worst feature on Wix and the reason we will start looking at other options for our sites. It is insane that an app as comprehensive as Wix does not have a basic blogging tool. Communities are great and can be really valuable - but they are not blogs. Do you guys not have a product team?
Are you referring to this - The Wix Blog ? The Wix Blog is more than just a “basic blogging tool”. It is a comprehensive and powerful blog that is being used by thousands of Wix Site owners.

Agreed. The membership aspect of the new blog is so weird. I don’t think I’ve ever “joined” a blog before and I’m sure it’s confusing my readers now. The fact that it isn’t optional makes me feel like Wix is pushing this product on me.
