There is an issue - which was supposedly resolved about a month ago - whereby any comment on Wix sites is sent for moderation, even when that setting is disabled. This makes it difficult for readers to leave comments on articles.
This is the same issue from your earlier thread here: Comments are automatically moderated on Wix sites, where a Wix Community Manager confirmed it was a bug on Wix’s end (not a site setting) and said it was fixed. Since it’s back, it’s not something you can fix from your comment settings, it needs to go to Wix directly as a bug report (Help > Contact Support, reference that this is a repeat of a previously acknowledged issue) so it gets escalated rather than re-diagnosed from scratch. Worth linking both threads when you report it so they see it’s recurring.
