We use WIX to run our website.
I think the problem is that the progressive bar of browser doesn’t show up.
If the browser doesn’t respond when the user presses down on the content, the user can’t tell if the link is broken or if it’s taking too long.
This goes for mobile sites as well.
It would be nice if the WIX headquarters could handle it systematically.

What I’m talking about is the browser bar, like the one in the picture.
I think the problem with websites created with Wix is that they don’t show this bar, like in the picture. It is.

I can see the progressive bar on your site, all good on my end. Maybe it’s your browser?

The transitions from other sites appear fine. This is OK.

However, the bar does not appear on transitions from within my site to within the site. For example, the bar does not appear when I press “about”.

I am not sure about this,but I believe wix is a one page web application . So the browser progress bar will only appear when you load a wix website first time. Afterwards, the transition from wix to wix happens inside this web application and the browser might not show the progress bar. But if you reload the page, the web app is loaded again by browser from scratch and then it will show the progress bar. I hope this info helps.

To solve your problem, you could make a site wide pre-loader that shows when a new page is being loaded and hides when it is ready. You can find lot of examples here .
