Touch 'swipeable' slideshow

Hello,
Rather than ‘clicking’ on arrows for a slideshow, or animating it on an auto setting, I would like to create a slideshow that is touch ‘swipeable’.
I see that this feature is now very popular across different websites on the internet

Please can anyone help me with how to apply this feature to my website?
If you respond with advice, please bear in mind that my understanding of website building is very basic!
Thank you!
Kind regards,
Nikki

Hay Nikki,

We do not have yet swipe interactions. I can tell you that they are coming, sooner than later.

Hello Yoav,
Thank you for your reply.
How soon is ‘sooner’?
In the meanwhile, am I able to upload a code that would make the slideshow ‘swipe’ friendly?
Thanks,
Nikki

Hi there, any news about this function? This is a really basic and useful function that should not be lacked.

Sooner? Two years later now and still no ‘swipe interactions’!!?? It’s about time!

Hello, any news about swiping, thanks!

Hi Yoav, Its been like 2 years now, is swipe interactions availiable ?

hi. Is this feature available now? Now that we have native mobile available on WIX, this HAS to be a given for any app development. It’s the intuitive way to navigate most apps rather than touch or auto slide.
Thank you
Mims

Hello, Its been 4 years now, is swipe interactions available?

sooner than later. :joy:

Swipe…the great feature takes years! .
Coz, Rome was not built in day !!

@yoav-wix Any update about that functionality?

5 years, still no swipe! WTH

This the downside of a developer model without commitement! They can walk away and leave things as the are!

I’m looking for the right swiper integration in WixStudio; the iFrame option definitely exists, but has the disadvantage that scrollbars are often visible in WixStudio. The integration via custom code works better; distributing all relevant data to the header, body start and body end area also works and the scrollbar is gone. Unfortunately, the integration of the professional templates does not work so easily - at least for me - the purchased code (premium templates cost 50 euros) is quite confusing and has to load numerous components; nevertheless - with the simple code examples on the website, the whole thing works.
