Transferring Users from Domain Website to WIX

Hello everyone,

I just had a quick question in regards to a current domain we have that exists outside of WIX.

We have a website currently under Bluehost. We already have a userbase, where users have created accounts using their emails and passwords.

We are now creating a WIX version of this website as it is easier to manage on our side. As such, we were hoping to transfer these existing users to the WIX version of the website.

Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer these user emails/passwords to the WIX version of the website?

If your old site supports exporting the database, then export as a CSV file. You can then import to the Wix content manager for your site.
