Trouble adding LinkedIn Company Follow Button

I’m having trouble adding a LinkedIn Company Follow button. I went to this LinkedIn page where it generates code for you to add this button to your site: https://developer.linkedin.com/plugins/follow-company

This is the code they gave me:

But I can’t seem to add it to my Wix site.

Please help.

I tried adding it through the Embeds app. I also tried through Tracking & Analytics. Do you know how to add it?

same problem here.
I tried to add it using “HTML/Iframe” container … nothing happens
I tried to add it using “Embed a site”, then I get “the content is blocked due to a security policy” (not that i can’t allow it, but i don’t want to).

On the other hand I grabbed the following URL

(where 123456789 is your company ID)
If you’re not identified, you get linkedin login page, then, you get an answer like this :

that i don’t know how to handle… but as a result I follow the company on Linkedin.

P.S. I notice my name is “wix”… I am a customer like you all, It’s probably from the email I used to register (wix@mycompanyname(dot)com) I’ll try to change it. My appologies.

Had the same problem. The solution was simply to add a div around it. In an “HTML/Iframe” container :

<script src="https://platform.linkedin.com/in.js" type="text/javascript"> lang: en_US</script>
<script type="IN/FollowCompany" data-id="0000"></script>
 </div>

Note that you need to use your company’s id.

same here. But, after researching i got to know that follow button cannot be installed due to:

“We cannot provide support for external codes that were not created or tested by Wix.”

So, until and unless they don’t test it from their end. the button cannot be installed. As we can see we do have like button for facebook, twitter, etc. So, only way to add the linkedin follow button is to have patience till the time WIX works on it.

As per comments from 2018- Does it takes over 6 years for WIX TO TAKE ACTION AT LAST ???
