Please note that layout customization options vary per layout and some options are only available on specific layouts.
The options that are shown on your screenshot are available for slideshow layout in Editor X.
Try to check all tabs available there. Also, check this article where you may find useful information:

Also, I want to add that it is possible to add only description and title to Pro Gallery, but it is not possible to attach text to it.
We are waiting for slideshow release. It should be open very soon!
